ROOMMATE NEEDED TO SHARE TOWNHOME IN FAIRFAX. There is ONE ROOM available for rent in this shared 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse located in the Amberleigh community. A minimum 6 month lease is required. In addition to completing a rental application and background/credit check, you will be required to pay a deposit. Your deposit is contingent on your background/credit check and move-in date (not to exceed (one months rent). In addition splitting the monthly rent, you will also split utilities and internet/cable. The room is available now and is unfurnished. No smoking or pets.
