Looking to rent one of the bedrooms with a private bath in a two bed two bath two level end unit condo. The house is fully furnished except the room that is available for rent. The room and the bath are in a separate level from the rest of the house. The community has lots of parking, plus more on the street. It also includes a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and running trails. The condo is located in Fairfax corner, right behind Wegmans in between Rt. 29 and Rt. 50; 0.5 mile to Interstate 66, fairfax corner & fair oaks mall; within the radius of a mile there's everything (coffewhops, bars, restaurants, gyms, stores, shopping, you name it).I'm a 29 year old male, professional with an active lifestyle and tidy at home. Looking for a similar professional who is in mid-20's to mid 30's that can be a roommate as well a friend. You will have all kitchen privileges but I'm looking for someone that doesn't cook. Non-smokers, No partying and no pets.
